Turns right on and does work but only sometimes. Has been sitting for a long time and was part of an estate cleanout. Sometime I turn it on and only some keys work or they are faint sounding. Other times I turn it on and everything works perfect. Probably just needs to be used after sitting so long. Very clean and comes as shown.

1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
