Maintenance Specialist

Job Description- Diagnose/repair/maintain the electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on rolling equipment.- Diagnose/repair/maintain the electrical, mechanical, pneumatic systems on conveying equipment to include variable speed motor controllers and Allen Bradley PLC/SLC control systems.- Diagnose/repair/maintain the electrical and mechanical systems of the building to include plumbing and HVAC. - Perform building and grounds maintenance as directed.- Perform all other duties as assigned.In addition, the following functions will be performed on a less frequent basis:- Changing and maintaining batteries.- Changing light bulbs.- Painting the facility and equipment.- Welding.- Performing repairs to the concrete floors and EPDM roofing systems.- Maintaining the spare parts inventory to include the completion of work orders and use of the CMMS computer system.Required Qualifications- 3 years of experience in the maintenance field demonstrating expertise/proficiency in the following disciplines: mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with the ability to diagnose and repair.- 1 year of experience leading, coaching, and/or mentoring others in a team setting.- Demonstrated capability of understanding, translating and disseminating technical information to others; ability to teach and provide positive reinforcement.- Experience reading and comprehending electrical/hydraulic schematics and blueprints.- Demonstrated expertise in the use of basic and sophisticated hand tools.- Ability to operate and to be certified as an operator of all equipment within the facility.- Ability to flex work schedule as necessary to meet departmental and operational goals.- Ability to respond to facility emergencies.Preferred Qualifications- 4 years of experience in the maintenance field demonstrating expertise/proficiency in more than one craft discipline.- 1 year of experience with employee supervision.- MS Excel, Word, Outlook highly preferred.- Experience with a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).- Ability to teach and provide positive reinforcement- Experience with the diagnostics and repair of rolling MHE and conveyance systems- Experience in diagnostics and repair of variable speed motor controllers and Allen Bradley PLC/SLC control systems- Strong electrical skills and knowledge- HVAC/Plumbing experienceEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBusiness OverviewCVS Health, through our unmatched breadth of service offerings, is transforming the delivery of health care services in the U.S. We are an innovative, fast-growing company guided by values that focus on teamwork, integrity and respect for our colleagues and customers. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
