ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises clients at all times.
Enforces all program rules.
Participates as a member of the treatment team.
Implements individual treatment plans.
Facilitates therapeutic group activities.
Provides crisis intervention.
Performs physical intervention when necessary.
Communicates with parents about treatment.
Completes daily reporting activities (progress notes and point sheets).
Participates in trainings which will cover confidentiality, crisis intervention, as well as other clinical/behavioral topics.
Performs related work as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Master's degree in a mental health or social service field Must have PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse and FBI Clearances PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE At least one (1) year direct experience working with children/adolescents.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required QUALIFICATIONS Language Skills Ability to read and analyze documents.
Ability to respond effectively to complaints.
Mathematical Skills Ability to apply and understand basic mathematic concepts.
Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks.
Understanding frequency, duration and antecedents as it is related to clinical data.
Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Ability to analyze complex issues and make good decisions.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to follow schedules and meet established deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all client related matters at all times.
Ability to organize and plan in a methodical systematic approach.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, and other employees.
